SCUG July Meeting

Thanks to Neal Shipley for staging our June meeting on the Zoom app. The meeting took place on the usual time and date and went very well. If the Whiteside County Senior Center is opened by July 11th, our usual second Saturday schedule, we are planning to have our annual July cookout catered by "Smoked on Third". Joe Fornero will be collecting members' meat choices by e-mail or phone.

If the Senior Center will not be open in time, the Cookout will be postponed until August and we will be conducting the July 13th meeting on Zoom also. On WednesdayJune 17th, Neal sent an e-mail list of 5 more practice sessions on Zoom before the July meeting date. Neal encourages all SCUG members to join 1 or all of the pratice sessions to make sure everyone can get help with the Zoom app if they need it.

Neal has been told that some members found his invitations to the previous practices had gone to their SPAM folder or Junk mail folder.  If you have not received this e-mail check your SPAM or Junk mail or contact Neal.

Members are requested to furnish their own refreshments for these meetings since the ZOOM app does not yet contain this capability.
